Planning Drawings 10-15 Working Days

Our team will prepare a full set of existing and proposed elevations and plans ready for submission in either a Householder Application or for submission as lawful development. Once we have a detailed brief setting out your project requirements one of our team will visit your property to prepare a survey of your existing floor plans, roof plans and elevations.

House Extension Plans

Maybe you are fancying a new open-plan kitchen/diner or a couple of new bedrooms upstairs? Lots of extension plans don't require Planning Permission these days but it is still extremely likely that you will still need Extension Drawings.

Loft Conversion Plans

If you have enough roof height then a loft conversion plan is a great way to increase your floor space and property value. It is most likely that you will not need Planning Permission but it would still be prudent to get some detailed loft drawings for builder's quotes, a Lawful Development Certificate and Loft Building Regulations Approval.

New House Plans

Building the house of your dreams can be extremely expensive when you add up all the professional fees. For such a project you will definitely need New House Planning Permission Drawings and Full Plans Building Regulations Drawings. Garden Room Plans

There are some beautiful kits available these days to add a garden office/playroom/summerhouse to your garden but many of them will need Garden Room Planning Permission. Thankfully, most of them are exempt from Building Regulations Approval because of their floorspace.

Our Process

'A well delivered project starts with a good plan... Plan It'

PROJECT BRIEF & FEASIBILITY STUDY

We meet the client at their home to discuss their project and agree a brief. The Plan It team will be able to assess the feasibility of the scheme and provide evidence of similar schemes that have been approved locally for reference.

SURVEY & DESIGN CONCEPT

Once the brief is agreed by the client, we will carry out a measured survey of the property allowing the Plan It team to draft a set of existing drawings. We will then prepare a set of proposed drawings in line with the brief.

PLANNING APPLICATION

Once the proposed design has been agreed, we can submit the appropriate planning application for you. Plan It will monitor the application throughout the planning process and advise accordingly on any feedback from the local authority.

BUILDING CONTROL PACKAGE

If required, and once planning permission has been achieved, Plan It can prepare a Building Regulation package. This package can then be submitted to the local Building Inspector for a 'Plan Review'. Plan It can manage this entire process on your behalf to ensure your builder has a detailed set of plans to construct from, removing any grey area in construction and quoting.

ON SITE

Once you have appointed a building contractor, Plan It are able to provide monitoring and/or site visits to ensure that the works are being delivered in accordance with the design. Plan it are able to provide contract administration if required.
